Il Laboratorio offre un’occasione di approfondimento pratico-applicativo, anche dal punto di vista delle competenze di argomentazione e scrittura giuridica, su casistiche concrete che emergono nel contesto della circolazione transfrontaliera delle persone con riferimento alla continuità degli status personali e familiari (tra cui, ad esempio, coppie same-sex e genitorialità, convivenze e unioni civili, gestazione per altri).

Il Laboratorio è rivolto a studentesse e studenti del quarto/quinto anno della laurea magistrale a ciclo unico in Giurisprudenza dell’Università di Verona, con un programma di incontri in presenza articolato come segue:

• venerdì 12 dicembre 2025, ore 9.00 – 13.00 e 14.00 – 17.00;
• martedì 16 dicembre 2025, ore 9.00 – 13.00 e 14.00 – 17.00.

Gli incontri si tengono presso il Dipartimento di Scienze giuridiche, Palazzo I.C.I.S.S., Aula B/Dottorandi.

Al Laboratorio partecipano, come relatori, membri del teaching staff del Modulo Jean Monnet PRO²-EUCITI, che condividono con gli studenti partecipanti la propria esperienza specialistica sui temi ad oggetto degli incontri, offrendo loro anche la possibilità di comprendere da vicino la molteplicità di conoscenze e competenze richieste per la risoluzione delle questioni giuridiche che caratterizzano le casistiche trattate. I relatori intervenuti sono i seguenti

• Renzo Calvigioni (presidente dell’Associazione Nazionale Ufficiali di Stato Civile e d’Anagrafe – ANUSCA);
• Elisa Chiaretto (avvocato del Foro di Padova);
• Nicolò Cecchini (responsabile dei Servizi Demografici – Comune di Thiene, Vicenza).

La frequenza al Laboratorio, con successiva consegna e valutazione di un elaborato finale, attribuisce 1 CFU in TAF F.

The workshop dedicated to the circulation of Union citizens and their family members in the practice of legal professions, civil status and population registry officers provides a practice-oriented course, with particular attention devoted also to legal arguing and writing skills, on case studies arising in the context of cross-border movement of persons with reference to the continuity of personal and family status (including, for example, same-sex couples and parenthood, cohabitation and civil partnerships, surrogacy).

The workshop is addressed to single-cycle master’s students in law at the University of Verona and is delivered according to the following schedule:

• Friday 12 December 2025, h. 9.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 17.00;
• Tuesday 16 December 2025, h. 9.00 – 13.00 and 14.00 – 17.00.

The workshop is delivered in person at the Department of Law of the University of Verona (Palazzo I.C.I.S.S., Aula Dottorandi).

The speakers of the workshop are members of the teaching staff of the Jean Monnet Module PRO²-EUCITI, who share with the participating students their specialistic experience on the topics at issue, while also offering them the opportunity to gain a close understanding of the multidisciplinary knowledge and skills required for the resolution of the legal issues emerging in the practice. The speakers involved are as follows:

• Renzo Calvigioni (chairman of the Italian Association of Civil Status and Population Registry Officers – ANUSCA);
• Elisa Chiaretto (attorney-at-law at the Bar of Padua);
• Nicolò Cecchini (Head officer of the population registry – Municipality of Thiene, Vicenza).

The attendance of the workshop, followed by the delivery and evaluation of a written paper, is recognised with 1 ECT (TAF F) to the participating students.
